Refund & Cancellation

At Hotel Aadrika, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring fair business practices.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • 100% Refund: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
  • No Refund: In case of a no-show or cancellation within 72 hours of the check-in date, the full booking amount will be charged, and no refund will be processed.

2. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of cancellation approval.
  • The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Early Departures & Modifications

  • If you choose to shorten your stay after check-in, a refund for unused nights is not applicable.
  • Date modifications are subject to availability and rate differences, if any.

4. Non-Refundable Bookings

Certain promotional or discounted rates may be non-refundable. Such bookings will be clearly marked during the reservation process.

5. Group & Event Bookings

For group reservations, corporate events, and long-term stays, separate cancellation policies may apply. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific terms.

6. Force Majeure Clause
