Refund & Cancellation
At Hotel Aadrika, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring fair business practices.
1. Cancellation Policy
- 100% Refund: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
- No Refund: In case of a no-show or cancellation within 72 hours of the check-in date, the full booking amount will be charged, and no refund will be processed.
2. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of cancellation approval.
- The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Early Departures & Modifications
- If you choose to shorten your stay after check-in, a refund for unused nights is not applicable.
- Date modifications are subject to availability and rate differences, if any.
